Glitter has entered the Studio!

Does anyone else have a love/hate relationship with glitter?

We have a rule in our house that anytime we use glitter, we mix it with glue and paint it onto paper. It minimizes the casualties, but they still happen.
My bin of glitter is irresistible to my crafty seven-

I always seem to come back to different shades of teal glitter, and this month, they're making their way back to the studio for a New Collection coming August

One of my favorite techniques to use with glitter is creating an ombré effect. I start by applying the glitter more heavily at the base of the earring shape and gradually taper it off as it moves upward. This gives it a soft, droplet-like effect that catches the light beautifully. To achieve this look, I layer several types of glitter—each with its own unique flake size, shape, and density—to create depth and dimension.

It’s a technique that takes a little time and patience, but the end result is always worth it.

I think I have more of a hate/hate relationship with glitter. But I do like it once it’s safely tucked beneath resin and won’t end up everywhere!
